what should i do??? Please help.?
3 months ago this company agent called me and said that he could sell my car by putting it on their website and if the car doesn't sell within 3 months they promised they would give a full refund. (at the time i was trying to sell my car) It's already been 3 months and i sent them a proof( which they asked) that the car has not been sold. I called them but they wouldn't answer. What should i do? BTw this company is headquartered in vancouver and i live in edmonton. I know they do have an office there. I'm thinking of threatening them to report to BBB. Would that be helpful??? Greatly appreciated for any advice.
Write them a letter, very specific, include documentation - I hope you have a written agreement. Don't get threatening, be very businesslike and as brief as possible. Send it to them with cc on the bottom to Better Business Bureau and their local Chamber of Commerce.
Be sure to use "You prompt attention is expected and appreciated"... instead of "sincerely"
