Can a person sell a junked car (thats been on their land for years) without a title for the car(s)?
My friend bought some farmland in New Hampshire, and there are at least a dozen 50 year old cars sitting in his woods that he'd love to sell-(They have been there for decades)- Collectors or restorers could use the cars to rebuild, or as parts.
Here is the problem- there is no paperwork for the cars-With no title for the cars (even though they are on his land and have been so for years), can he legally sell them? How can he get titles for the junked cars so he can sell thm?
A recycling yard will not even take a junk car for the metal without a title. Without a title you really cant legally sell it
