transfer vehicle title ownership in houston procedure.?
I am going to sell my car (95 mazda protege) to my friend, and I want to know what kind of documents do we need to bring for transferring vehicle title and ownership to my friend.
Are there any companies or people who can do this job for us so that both of us no need to go to the transportation department??
