Can you take a car back within 24 hours?
I sold a car today for cheaper than KBB price as is and did not know the needed repairs. I let them know this in my ad. I made a contract but did not get a copy (stupid)! Now I am getting sued. Is it legal to sue me for this? I stay in Houston, TX.
Private sales are "as is" unless you gave them a warranty in writing. Its always the buyers responsibility to make sure the car is in satisfactory condition.
They can sue but they wont win.
