Can a Texas car dealer sell a car with blown airbag system?
I live in Texas and a dealer sold my neice a car with a blown airbag system and I was wondering if this is legal. Because of the blown airbag system the car now won't pass state inspection.
It probably can be sold "as-is" but if it wasn't explicitly stated that the airbag system was blown they could probably be held accountable for deceptive business practices or something.
