Help Please Can Any Body Else Change Owner ship of a car?
Hey all and thanks for looking
I recently split up with my girl friend but about 2 month ago her and her farther lent me some money to buy a new car with now i have cleared it with her dad that in a few weeks when i have the money i will pay them back but now she is getting her step-dad to write letters and stuff to get the car changed over in to her name so she can get it back to sell it out of spite.
is there any way i can stop this i have tried saying as soon as i gert money in a few weeks she can either have the car or the money i kent but she wont listen

She can write as many letters as she likes, but if she tries to register it in her name without your signature or V5 she'll fail.
Suspect V5 applications are handed to the police Stolen Vehicle Squad for investigation.
