What is the best way to convert old diesel Ambassador to new diesel machine or to fit new LPG Kit?
I've a HM Ambassador of 1996, November model (Classic 1500 DSL) in Kolkata. I don't want to sell this car due to very good running condition. But I want to convert it to BSIII Diesel machine (latest) or LPG(latest). Please tell me which is suitable for my car? What will be the approximate cost for these two types of conversion for my car (individually) in Kolkata. Can any one tell me what is the mileage of BSIII Diesel Ambassador car and the LPG Ambassador car?
Since your car is around 14 years old, it's not advisable to spend for a new diesel m/c. Instead you can have a less expenditure by going for a LPG kit. You can cut on your regular cost of fuel and can contribute to a greener Kolkata.
