How can I sell my leased car to a third party?
My lease is coming to the end this week, if I return my leased nissan sentra, I have to pay over millage, I found a third party to buy it, I live in NJ, how to avoid double tax, please advise things to do and not to do.
You can't sell what you don't own.. and you don't have and won't get the title unless you buy the car yourself. If you buy the car then you can keep, sell or whatever you wish with the car.
