Can I sell a car I just paid off without receiving the title yet?
I just made my last car payment today (online) and decided to list it for sale. I wanted to see if I could sell versus trading it in. Well, I have two very interested parties, but I don't have my title yet. Can I sell it before receiving title and how will the new buyer/owner get a tag?
