When is a private car sale final?
I sold my classic car today and they came by and gave me a cashiers check and I handed them the title. They stated they would come by in a few days to pick up the car. They needed a few days to locate a trailer. Is this a final sale to where I can spend the money without having to worry about him backing out of the deal?
Te check has already cleared as I deposited in from my mobile phone and the money showed cleared. the car is still in my possession
The deal is done. As soon as he handed me the check, I would have told him it's $20 a day for storage.
