Moving overseas, can't take car, still upside down Advice please?
My family is moving overseas to the United Arab Emirates to take a job in about 3 weeks.
I can't take the car with me (it has to have a different cooling system in the UAE), I'm still upside down in my equity by about $2000, and I'm going to be working there for 3 years.
Can I sell my car? I don't have title, and I don't think anyone will assume the loan.

why don't you have a title? do you mean the bank has a lien on the title? If this is the case you can sell it. You would have to pay the bank what is owed so they will release the title so the new owner can register the car.
