can I sell my unregistered car? insurance company is holding registration.?
"I was in an accident in may with no insurance. The other drivers insurance is holding me responsable for the accident, and suspended my registeration to my vehicle. Can I sell my car as a private sale? or will there be a problem with the new buyer registrating it in their name?"
An insurance company cannot "hold" of "suspend" your registration. Without a court order, they can't hold you responsible, either.
