moving car across state w/ no insurance?
i need to drive my car from west palm beach fl to jacksonville fl. my parents live in west palm and my cars there, i moved to jax for school and i'm selling my car here. it doesn't have insurance or registration b/c i haven't driven it in a while, but i don't wanna pay for it just to drive it here, can you drive a car like this somehow temporarily to sell it?
No. You cannot legally move it one inch without it being registered or insured. Check with your DMV for a temp. "move" solution and to an insurance agent for an insurance solution. Your old insurance person?
