what are the steps to selling a car in CA without a pink slip?
so, I've already looked at the dmv website and im still a little confused on what i should be doing.
Another important detail that i have to add is that there was a lien holder on the registration but i was just sent the lien satisfied/title holder release form, What do i do with this?
Heres what i did so far:
I printed out the bill of sale
I Have the REG 227
I have a copy of my registration
I have the Lien Satisfied/title holder release
Now that i think i have all the forms, where do i go from here which parts do i fill out and do i need anything else?
Take your lien release form and go to the DMV and apply for a duplicate title.
