is the seller liable for post sale repairs of private used car sale in nj as i was not aware of problems?
he claims i am responsible, and only a sales receipt of cash was written and signed by both of us he cliams he is taking it to court? do I need a lawyer for a 3400 sale? or is it the claim amount the plaintiff would be sueing for? do I have a chance in winning this? cause this is outragous I sold it as is and as far as I know basis
