When scrapping a car what section do you fill in on the log book (UK)?
My cars going to the car park in the sky later today. I'm useless with forms so I was wondering what do I need to fill in on the log book to get it scrapped?
Any help will be greatly appreiciated.
Section 9 covers notification of sale or transfer to the motor trade, which includes "a motor vehicle dismantler" i.e. scrap yard. You will have to name the company who is scrapping your car and they will have to sign the declaration on the form.
