Car window very loose, where can i find replacement panel?
I have a 2001 Honda Civic and I think someone tried to break into my car on the passenger side, I found out today while driving. I had my window half way down and as I drove off the left side of the widow was flapping so bad i thought it was going to fly out and hit another car.
When i pulled over to see what the problem was, my window was kind of crooked and upon further inspect i realised the skinny rubber panel used to hold the window in is gone. I straighted the window and rolled it all the way up and havent rolled it down since.
Standing on the outside of the car, its the outer left skinny rubber panel that lines the window. where can i get another one and how do i put it back on? I guess I can go to a junk yard but how do i take it off and put it on my car?
Check with the Parts Dept. at a Honda Dealer. They have images of how all the parts go together. They usually will print off the pictures for you.
